Abundance Workshop

A reminder that I will be teaching a workshop on Abundance on Saturday, October 17th.

I have been struck lately by the number of people I talk to who see their stress, global economic conditions and other difficult moments in their lives as aberrant events, things that will “soon go away” after which their “real life” can start. I’ve pondered this deeply for myself. The question that arises for me is, then, what is “real life”?

What I teach in my practice is abundance. I make a distinction between abundance and success – within abundance come successes. I’ve never known a life that didn’t include challenges - some greater, others less depending on where we put our finger on that timeline. I’ve also never known a life that didn’t include gifts, some greater, some less, all interwoven within that same timeline of challenges. So, how can we, in difficult times, increase our vision to hold these two, seeming paradoxes?

In the Abundance workshop will we will explore this and the topic of abundance – what it means for our lives and how to attain it. Using imagery exercises we will look inside to understand the truth of abundance for ourselves and where we have blocked ourselves from receiving it. We will use imagery to shift these blocks, and open the doors for abundance in our lives.
