Going Green or being eco-friendly has been the topic that people are all talking about now-a-day. There are many ways to provide a green world from growing more trees to using recyclable product. What about doing a green online auction site that allow people to share and buy green products from sellers or individuals.
BGC, BigGreenCart, wants to be utilized by the green community for many years to come in promoting a Green Movement. We believe that Green isn’t just the new black, but that green choices are a life-long commitment to our planet and beyond. We want the planet to thrive, not just survive! I first thought of this site when I was trying to sell an alkaline water filter which I bought because I didn’t want to continue to purchase plastic water bottles. I realized that my item was being categorized with a different type of water filters, and I knew that there were others who wanted to drink healthier water from the tap but I wondered how they would find my item! It needed a special category. I then thought of a green auction site which would attract others who are making greener and healthier choices for themselves and therefore the planet as well, and I knew there was a need for such a Green platform to exist. There is undoubtedly an exchange between the products we use and the effect of those products upon the planet. More eco-friendly choices for one begin a positive exchange with the environment which in turn will benefit the person. It can be best symbolized by dual chasing arrows.
