- I was born in Colorado and loved growing up in this incredible state. Lots of sunshine and warm days make it easy to be active. I always loved recess as a child and teaching fitness is a natural progression it's adult recess. I love helping people attain their wellness goals encouraging the connection between body mind and spirit inviting our inner child out to play.
I teach yoga, weight training, stability ball, spinning,sport specific training and my newest passion JourneyDance.
What is JourneyDance? JourneyDance is a grooving celebration that will have you loving your body and loving your life. Weaving simple, guided movement sequences and free exploration. JourneyDance reconnects you with you innate state of joyous well-being. Your mind becomes free and positive, and your body feels supple, energized, and powerful. Practiced barefoot to inspiring world music, your dance is an empowering journey of transformation.
