About Me:: Originally from Britain, I hold a BA hons, University of Sussex, England, and a MA in Teaching, School for International Training, Brattleboro, Vermont. I was born and grew up in Cardiff, S. Wales, the eldest child of an Irish father and a Welsh mother.

For over 20 years I lived in Kyoto, Japan, where I became a Reiki Master in the Usui lineage. I am fluent in spoken Japanese, and taught for many years at universities in Japan.

I also spent 6 years living in India, practicing meditation.

I am trained in Aura-Soma color, energy reading & healing, Experiential Astrology, intuitive counseling, and Reiki.

I offer Reiki treatments, intuitive readings and counseling, energy balancing and healing, and Vortex tours in Sedona Arizona.

My sessions are fun, gentle, and loving, yet can go very deep. They are grounded in the reality of what is, in the space of the heart.

Sessions are by appointment at at office in Sedona, Arizona and by phone, including long-distance Reiki healing.
