The gift for Natalia was handmade by my mysterious lakota friend Grey wolf - did you remember? he was a member of my wolf clan (lakota lifetime) and found me myseriously in the woods a few days into our trip and showed me his special jewelry chest of his handmade jewelry. He was also the fire keeper for the Lakota sweatlodge -and offered special gifts- as he told me heard my grandmother's voice one night in the back of the sweatlodge and given your own lakota connection, i wanted Natalia to have something from him as a reminder of her own connection to her lakota past. Have a safe and enlightening journey..you will have fun! so many of you are in NZ and know i will be with you all in my heart..

At 10:39am on June 28, 2009, Nyako Nakar said…: En cadaques, el cura del pueblo a habilitado la iglesia para meditar e hicimos una meditación, luego fuimos la mar e hicimos la meditación de los cetaceos y para el agua y fue precioso. Al final no hice la meditación del cuadrado.
A montserrat, mandé muchos emails explicando que estaba con un minusvalido, les dije que podía hacerla con jack desde el monasterio pero nadie de nadie me respondió asi que no fui. Todo es como ha de ser.

Magdalene's coming here in July when im back.. and feeling an amazing "spiritual high" coming off this trip - both physically and mentally..esp when i wear bright colors (like PINK) and my amaray necklace with my beautiful Dolphin fin Magdalene gave me - it has been very healing for me with what i went thru... Take care.. and let's catch up soon! Also, I asked Yvette to join this page as she too is visiting me from Miami sometime this summer and will be in Colombia in August for family and to see the Cogis.
