"She's the voice of Tibet", the Dalai Lama

I looked for videos that are as good as seeing her live, but couldn't find any! I found a few videos that may inspire you to see her live.

www.yungchenlhamo.com Yungchen Lhamo called by the Dalai Lama as the “Voice of Tibet”. . . In 1989 she became a refugee and walked 1,000-miles across the Himalayas to India. There she visited numerous Tibetan refugee camps and met the Dalai Lama.

www.tibet.org 1.2 million Tibet deaths since 1949. Several while protesting at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. During her concert she spoke of her passion to help the Tibetan children and how the Dalai Lama said to help the Tibetan refugees thru her song.

For her performances, the acoustics live is very very different. She sang acapella for us. I left a changed person. Before the concert I was waiting alone in the Healthwalk kitchen. She entered and asked me to help her pick out some tea to drink. I forgot how to talk.
