Tokyo Live 2011

I was in Tokyo for New Year 2011, Year of the Rabbit. Some friends of mine were performing with some other installation artists so I decided to film it and share this culture exchange through music and Imagery that I created to go with it, from the inspiration of their music. I went to Meiji Jingu and saw that they were blessing the Saki at the Temple grounds. Barrels of Saki. Just like putting prayers on and blessing water,

The musicians all had a shot of Saki before they started their set.
All the lighting for the musicians was created organically by Installation artists using overhead projectors to create imagery by hand, utilizing everyday simple objects, and patterns, also to reflect lasers.
The music was created by a Dj and Live accompaniment.
