authentic and life-supporting way to present themselves and take root.
Give yourself the gift of caring for yourself “like a newborn” as you
journey through transformation. Erin will share some techniques you can
set up for yourself to better meet those often turbulent opportunities
for self-growth. The class will end with the opportunity for all
participants to explore the wonderful treat of hands-on self-healing.
