Family and Ancestral Energy healing and knowing your past better connects oneself in the present - as it allows you to "zone in" on what needs healing.
A person cannot possibly know themselves if they are not open to examine where they come from and what their ancestors went through. Discovering your family tree is a start, but so is doing the energy work to heal you and your family.
Healing what we "inherit" from the wounds…

I recently had a new client visiting the US from brazil who came to me with sadness and frustration over her writer's block. This was very frustrated, as every time she sat down to write, the ideas would be there in her head, but the words would just not flow.
As a communicator who writes daily and for anyone who has a career in communications or loves writing, many of…

As I get settled back into South Florida the past month relocating headquarters personally and professionally for PALS AROUND THE WORLD and my energy healing practice Exit27healing.com, many thoughts have flooded my mind about how to express change and how others too can know when its right.
Though my move took some people in my life 'by surprise" - it shouldn't.. As change is part of my unique path and is part of others too.. and change is good when you…

As part of the healing process, I recently spent part of the holidays going through a series intensive advanced DNA healing and trance work to connect to my "inner-child" and to do some more tune-up healing work. The holiday time is a great time to do this, as it helps to stay focused on my path and to work more on releasing the emotional abuse from childhood.
A need for this was triggered on December 14th - the day of the Newtown shootings. Having started PALS AROUND THE WORLD, a…

Working with kids, I am reminded of childhood and some of the things I faced being the youngest of four. My siblings like many families we are born into, can be loving at times.. but as the years passed and I worked more on myself and grew into an adult - I could clearly see during visits home to Detroit the full range of emotions - love, hate, jealousy, competition and an increased resentment over the years that I had the freedom to move away.
Working in international consulting,…

BLOG - Finally writing again!
During the last several months, life has really taken me on an amazing journey of profound understanding, miracles and healing..
In retrospect, though I didn't entirely understand at the time why I was pulled to visit and travel to certain destinations not on my radar the last few months.. those who know me well - understand it as part of my path of transformation and healing, and that it was a much needed journey for me, as…

Dear friends and fellow lightworkers,
A big thanks to Robert Dakota who so beautifully created this site as a way for us to share our wisdom, cultural exchange and worldviews and now its time to share our journeys again from the last few months.
While we have all processed much the last few years since many of us met at Return of the Ancestors.. it is time to continue sharing the love, unity and compassion that is felt around the world during this shift in…

This is an interesting topic as one discusses prayers/wishes for
others..
For example, we may wish for a loved one or friend to recover from illness or we
may wish for good things for ourselves like a new car or landing a new job or to be with our soulmate.
Whatever the wish - whether it be for ourselves or for others - we always want to make sure it is in
the best interest of ourselves or the other person we are praying for.. This is…

Please check out Juan Williams new book "Muzzled" - gotta love this guy.. honest, real and from the heart. Perhaps from his bravery, more people will be accepted for speaking their humble truth.
Let go from NPR for keeping things honest and real, Juan tells how he learned to bounce back and helps others to see things from a different point of view. One with heartfelt compassion for his candidness.
As our spiritual nature continues to grow as a whole in the days ahead - there…

As most of us have felt for quite sometime – the world is changing and the old formula for living our lives is no longer working.
For example, people I meet on a daily basis no longer want to cling to jobs that leave them feeling unfulfilled or report to bosses who are still clinging to the old paradigm of competition, fear, greed or ego. Most would rather work in a stress free environment doing what they love from the heart without being enslaved to their bills and…

During the time between last month’s June Eclipse and the summer solstice, much creativity and awareness came to light for many – including the direction of where we are heading with the birth of this new humanity.
While people continue to speculate over the shift and what's coming for our planet – I am amazed at the amount of people who are not authorities on the subject who continue to share with certainty what they believe will happen. It’s like the Doomsday preacher who…

Tonight I had the pleasure of attending the "Conspiracy of Kindness" fundraiser for Japan at the Skirball Museum in LA. This very emotionally moving evening not only raised funds for Japan, but it also showcased a remarkable documentary on Chiune Sugihara - the Japanese Consulate stationed in Lithuania who saved thousands of Jewish refugees during WWII.
Both the Consulate General of Japan, Mr. Hirotaka Kakita, Advisor to Consular Affairs and the General Consulate of Israel, Jacob…

With the increased environmental and consciousness shifts currently taking place - it has been difficult to completely grasp and articulate the many experiences I am currently processing. There are so many wonderful subjects/topics through my work that I am motivated to pursue as a vehicle to express my creativity. Whether its writing film, short comedies, expressing myself through singing or dance or just blogging about the spiritual enlightment going on during this amazing time in…

Two subjects I’ve previously talked about that need closer clarification, is the subject of soul mates and its true meaning. It was brought to my attention through conversations that many still do not fully understand or recognize what it truly means.
Soul mates are literally one half of your soul and something very special if found in one’s lifetime. While special, it involves enormous growth, courage and a certain level of spiritual advancement to be able to fully enjoy and…

As a celebrity reporter over the years, my spiritual growth and awakening put me in conflict with reporting – as I was not interested in tabloid fodder or writing dirt - but truly enjoyed covering the one-on-one stories where I got to know the true essence of the person I was interviewing – and that is still true today.
Through my work as a reporter, I have met and interviewed a lot of interesting characters. People who have a huge responsibility living in the spotlight…

As the shift continues, we are blessed with increased feelings of joy, trust, abundance and true happiness. However, we must be patient with people who aren’t yet living in their hearts– and who don’t fully understand yet what this feels like or how to obtain it through spiritual efforts.
Patience is key – especially realizing that others will “catch on” and understand when the time is right for them. Light workers especially are here to gently observe and assist thru our…

As we know, art sometimes does imitate elements of real life with different people. Sometimes these film, media, TV roles may be exact portrayals of you or someone you know. Sometimes its a bit of you showing up as multiple aspects of you in playing more than one role. As a writer – I have discussed this many times with well-known writers who experience it. And yes, as writers, we often do see elements of ourselves on the big screen in other’s work – as our consciousness and level of…

A special child in my life was recently bullied this week and after all the recent tragedies it brought back memories of the painful year when I was bullied. It was my geeky phase entering the 5th grade with braces and glasses, appearing a foot taller than all the other kids in my class
– a real jolly Green giant! To sum it up, I looked somewhat like Pippy Longstocking with red hair, freckles and droopy knee-high socks that never seemed to stay…
