I have just returned from three weeks in Peru, to find so many new members enjoying the Eagle's Egg Meditation. Alright! I may begin a forum for us to all exchange experiences and questions.

I embrased the Eagle from Nemrud Mountain one week ago and the feeling was incredible.It's more than 2000 years old and all the history energy is there ....

What an incredbly powerful meditation. I am going to start practicing this daily and incoporate some into my meditation.
A big thanks too for acknoweledging the different ways of perceiving. When I first started to journey with a drum, I would get very frustrated, because I wasn;t able to see, Finally letting go of the expectation for visuals I was able to experience the journey. A sense of knowing explains the experiencing.I
